I want to wear petticoats, I do.
I have (lovely) curvy hips, though, and I think tutus and petticoats and other marvelous inventions like them are meant for less curvaceous women. Maybe you’re the Appointed One who should get out your scissors, glue and recyclables and whip together this creative paper dress for your next outing.
The biggest problem I see is trying to figure out what shoes to wear with it. Converse All-Stars are too easy, ballet flats too obvious. Red cowgirl boots would work, I’m pretty sure.
Hell, if I had it, I’d wear it to the grocery store, prom, vet, you name it. It would be advisable to check the weather forecast in advance and avoid rainshowers, however.
